The founder
In my younger years, I was often tasked with helping businesses grow, stabilize from chaotic situations, improve efficiency, clean up internally, bridge communication gaps, and delegate tasks. These responsibilities were never formally taught; they were self-taught on the fly across various industries, including small businesses and lean operating businesses.
In early 2020, during the pandemic, I was studying and working to become a nurse, which required significant time and effort. I chose this industry for its flexibility to learn new things and apply them to my work. However, shortly after and working in a graduate program, I realized that the pace at which I wanted to learn was not being met, and the normal job market had its limitations on how much I could learn and apply to the job.
There was not as much satisfaction working for a company compared to working with a business, which led to the founding of this company.
This company was established with the drive to help small business Tradesmen/Tradies achieve their business goals.
