We interview both the VA and the clients based on level of requirements and tasks required.
we also discuss their history of the work/business, what is expected from the Staff. Assess clients current work-load, then match the most suitable Staff with the client.
After the match up;
we contact the clients and Staff regularly to discuss how is the work relationship is performing and is there any improvements needed or things that ca be done better.
Is there a free trial?
No we don’t;
we do have a period of no commitment. you can cancel any time.
Can I change my Va if I’m not Satisfied?
Yes, at anytime you as the client, if you are not satisfied, you can Change your VA. Just let us know and we will find a more suitable match.
is there a cancelation fee?
Yes its known as a cancelation timeframe. this is added after the no commitment contract ends
and want to continue with our serves.
Do i need to train my VA?
NO, our staff have experiences and have the ability to adapt to any situation the client task for.
when its a system that are not familiar with than we train them to get familiar before working with our clients.
